WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEM?
- All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
- 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 2-10 days of payment.
- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
Items will delivered between 10-20 business days (excludes holiday and weekend).
This may be a little longer for international delivery.
For other specialty and giveaway items, please allow up to 40 business day delivery time as they may be shipped from other countries.
WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
Although our fulfillment centre is located in the US, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and China.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistic reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
CAN I CHANGE, REFUND OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to change, refund or cancel your order, you are allowed to do so only before your item has been shipped. Once we have sent out your shipping confirmation email, we no longer have the ability to make changes or to cancel the order.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT?
If you have received the damaged or wrong product, please send image proof and we will either give you a refund or replace your product depending on your choice.
